PRODUCT PRICES

Product prices are expressed in euros and are valid on the day the order is placed, as are any discounts or benefits. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price of the product does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are charged at the checkout upon completion of the order.

ORDER

Ordering is done online. The consumer selects and orders the products available to him in the online shop, which are grouped in categories.

Ordering from our online shop is safe and easy.

First, you enter the payer’s details (first name, last name, company name, if you want to invoice a company, select the country, enter the street, postcode, city, phone and email address). You then choose whether you want delivery to another address, if not the products will be delivered to the address on the invoice. You can enter your own notes in the Order Notes field. Under the Your Order tab, you can also select the delivery method and payment method. Complete your purchase by clicking the BUY NOW button.

After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the buyer. If you change your order or. cancellation, the buyer must notify the provider by e-mail to [email protected], where he/she must also indicate the purchase number mentioned in the purchase e-mail. The Buyer can only change the order before the arrival of the order completion email.

After placing your order, you will receive an email “Thank you for your order…” confirming that we have received your order in the queue. You will normally receive an email notification within 5 minutes, but this may be extended due to different email client settings. Please also check the promotions, spam or junk mail section, as sometimes the order mail goes there.

PAYMENT METHOD

The CHRISTMAS JASLICE page allows you to pay by invoice or. transfer to a transaction account You will receive all the necessary information for the transfer by email after placing your order.

Payment via paypal. After you place your order, the page automatically redirects you to the PayPal payment interface. After a successful transaction, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. The system allows you to pay quickly and securely using your Paypal account.

You can make the payment via your online bank or UPN form at your local post office or bank.

When the order is completed, the customer will be given the details for the transfer. The Buyer must pay the full amount into the Seller’s transaction account within 5 days. Once your order is confirmed, the package will be dispatched within 2-5 working days (depending on stock).

ISSUANCE OF THE ACCOUNT

The invoice is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

BENEFITS AND DISCOUNTS

Benefits and discounts are not compatible, so you can only redeem one type of benefit per order. Benefits may include free postage, a discount voucher and other special benefits, which are listed in the individual promotions. The buyer is only entitled to the benefit during the period of the sales promotion. Additional promotional discounts cannot be applied to the reduced prices.

Discounts cannot be converted into cash payments. If you buy a product before the discount, you are not entitled to additional discounts, even if the same product is discounted.

DISCOUNT CODE

A discount code or promotional code brings you various benefits when you buy through the CHRISTMAS JASLICE online shop. The active code can be found on the front page of the advertisement, in the CHRISTMAS JASLICE email or in other media. The code brings various benefits. Any code is always time-limited and must be used within a limited time limit or it is invalid.

Use discount code:

– Select the products you want to buy and add them to your basket.

– At checkout, click on “Have a voucher? Click here to enter the code “, then enter the code in the box and click “Redeem voucher”.

– Only one discount code can be redeemed per purchase.

– When you enter a discount code, the value of the discount code is automatically deducted from the price of your order. This leaves a balance to be settled.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

After successful order placement, the products will be manufactured within 2-5 working days and delivered to your address within 1 to maximum 3 working days via GLS or Post of Slovenia. In the event of a longer delivery time, we will contact you personally using the email address or telephone number you entered at the time of purchase to discuss delivery options.

Products do not include shipping costs, they are invoiced at the end of your order.

Shipping costs are subject to change depending on changes in the postal services price list and the price lists of GLS or Pošta Slovenije.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

The Buyer may cancel the order at no additional cost. Cancellation can be made by email to[email protected]In the email you must specify the customer’s name, address and order number. Please write ORDER TRANSLATION in the subject line.

RETURN OF THE PRODUCT/ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer (the above applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire goods for purposes outside their own gainful activity) has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail to the following address [email protected] or by phone at +386-70-724-764 to withdraw from the contract without having to give a reason for your decision. The time limit starts one day after the date of acceptance. The only cost borne by the consumer in the event of withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the trader within 14 days of the date of notification of the intended return. The return of the goods received to the company within the withdrawal period shall be deemed to be a communication of withdrawal.

We recommend that the product being returned is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and unchanged in quantity. That the goods have not been used or adapted for personal use. If the goods are damaged, dirty, without the original packaging or show signs of use (inside or outside the item), the provider reserves the right to reduce the value of the returned goods.

The consumer is liable for diminution in the value of the goods if the diminution in value is due to conduct which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The consumer shall not be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if the company has not informed him of his right of withdrawal in accordance with 4. Article 43b, first paragraph, point 1.

By exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall not assume any obligations other than those set out in this Article and in Article 43d(4) and Article 43e of this Law.

The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract where the subject-matter of the contract is goods which have been manufactured according to the consumer’s precise instructions, which have been tailored to the consumer’s personal needs, which are by their nature unsuitable for return, which are perishable or which have reached the end of their useful life.

The consumer may inspect and test the goods to the extent strictly necessary to establish the factual situation.

CREATIVE FAILURE

Definition of clerical error

The error is factual:

• if the product does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or circulation;
• if the product does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, which were known or should have been known to the seller;
• if the product does not have the characteristics and qualities that were expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed;
• if the supplier has handed over a product that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for notification purposes.

Verification of product suitability

The suitability of the product for normal use shall be assessed by reference to normal goods of the same type and taking into account any representations made by the seller or the manufacturer concerning the characteristics of the goods, in particular by means of advertising, the presentation of the product or indications on the goods themselves.

ASSERTING A MATERIAL DEFECT

The Buyer may exercise his rights under the material defect if he notifies the Supplier of the defect within two months of the date on which the defect was discovered.The supplier shall not be liable for material defects in the goods which become apparent after two years have elapsed since the goods were delivered.

The right to enforce a material defect is further defined in the Consumer Protection Act.

RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ORDER

The Seller shall have the right to cancel the order if it does not obtain confirmation of the purchase from the Buyer by telephone or e-mail. The Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer of the withdrawal by e-mail or telephone. If the Buyer has not provided the correct personal data, the Seller is not obliged to inform the Buyer. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from any failure or delay in performance of an obligation which may be caused by an event or circumstance beyond the Seller’s control.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As the manager of the online shop CHRISTMAS JASLICE, Grega Rednak s.p. undertakes, in accordance with ZVOP-1 (Personal Data Protection Act), to respect the privacy of users and not to disclose their personal data to third parties without the user’s consent. The user agrees that the website of the Christmas Eggs website may use his/her data for the purposes of its own analysis, to which the user expressly agrees. The user is not obliged to disclose his/her identity unless he/she chooses to do so.You may at any time request in writing that we permanently or temporarily stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

The CHRISTMAS JASLICE website is committed to taking the utmost care of the privacy of all data, but warns that misuse is possible.It is the user’s responsibility to protect his/her personal data by ensuring that his/her username and password are secure and that his/her computer is protected by appropriate software (anti-virus).

Archiving the contract

Contract concluded or. copies of invoices are archived at the company’s head office. The Buyer may obtain a copy by requesting it by e-mail to [email protected]

OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES

In accordance with legal norms, CHRISTMAS JASLICE. does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.

Christmas JASLICE, which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ODRP). The platform is available to consumers at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=SL

These rules are based on the Law on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.

PRIZE GAME

General provisions. CHRISTMAS NATIVITY (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”) occasionally organises a prize draw for all fans of the CHRISTMAS JASLICE page on Facebook or Instagram. The prize draws will take place during the periods clearly stated in the prize draw announcement.

Prizescan be a variety of products, discount vouchers or prizes chosen by the organiser. Unless otherwise stated by the Promoter, the prize selection cannot be influenced by the prize entrants or winners.

The prize draw is open to all fans of theChristmas JASLICEonline shop on various social networks. By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name and a photo from the prize draw. The prize draw is open to anyone who meets the eligibility requirements and is over 15 years of age.

How to enter the prize draw.Sweepstakesmay have different rules and conditions of participation. To enter the prize draw, you must comply with the written rules of participation. By entering the prize draw, the entrant accepts these terms and conditions of participation.

COLLECTING THE PRIZE

No cash payment of the prize is possible. No prize substitution is possible. The results of the draw are final and cannot be appealed. If the winner refuses to accept the prize, the winner shall be deemed not to accept the prize and the Organiser shall be released from all obligations under this prize draw towards the winner. In accordance with the Income Tax Act – (ZDoh-2) (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. RS, No. 13/2011 – UPB7 and the Tax Procedure Act (ZDavP-2), Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. RS, No. 13/2011 – UPB4), in order to claim the prize, the winner must provide GR Web Development, Grega Rednak s.p. with the details for sending or collecting the prize. If the winner does not contact the Organiser within 7 days, the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to someone else, to draw a new winner or to keep the prize. The prize draw organiser notifies the winner in a public post on the social network where the prize draw was organised. The deadline for the draw and the public announcement of the winner is 7 days after the end of the prize draw.

Organiser’s responsibility.The Promoter reserves the right, without any obligation to the entrant, to remove any content that is offensive, racially intolerant, obscene, or in the Promoter’s opinion, for any other reason, inappropriate, from social networks such as Facebook and Instagram and to disqualify the entrant who posted the content from the Sweepstakes and from participation in the Sweepstakes and from participation in the Sweepstakes on these Sites without any obligation to the entrant. The Participant shall be fully liable for any damage that he/she may cause to the Organiser or any third party through the content submitted and published.

The prize draw organiser accepts no liability whatsoever for(in)operation of the social networking site (Facebook, Instagram), any other activity on the social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram), (in)veracity of the data provided in the user’s profile name on the social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram), inoperability of the online service due to network outages of the contractual partners, power outages or other technical malfunctions that may temporarily interfere with the use of the service, any consequences that the participant may suffer as a result of participating in the prize draw.

The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incorrect and duplicate social media profiles if there is a suspicion that these are the type of person/profile involved. The Organiser reserves the right to make its own decision on the suspicion and to judge the suspicious situation itself.

Sweepstakes organised in cooperation with other portals, media and websites.

IfCHRISTMAS JASLICEalso organises prize draws with other portals, media and websites and shops. The rules of the Sweepstakes are the responsibility of the other Sweepstakes Promoter during this time. In this case,CHRISTMAS JASLICEdistances itself from its general terms and conditions of the prize draw and the rules of the other prize draw organiser will apply. But we are committed to making sure that everything runs smoothly and we are vigilant that everything is done by the rules and in a morally responsible way. We only work with verified media, portals, websites and shops. Exclusion of liability

We reserve the right to disable the Website or to prevent access to the Website due to technical or other problems and maintenance, including disabling or impeding the use of the Online Shop. In the event of technical problems with the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed and affected by the technical fault. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate protection software (antivirus, etc.) before accessing and using the website. The Buyer must ensure that the information used to log in to the website (email address, password) is kept secure and confidential.

The Provider shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the supplier is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the supplier will inform the customer of the changes and give the customer the opportunity to cancel the order or replace the ordered item.

The Provider is not responsible for the content of the reviews written by visitors. The Tenderer shall review the opinions before publication and shall reject those that are manifestly false, misleading, defamatory or injurious to the reputation of the Tenderer. The Provider shall not be held liable for the information contained in the Opinions and shall disclaim any liability arising out of the information contained in the Opinions.

The Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and in any manner, for any reason and without prior notice.
